Employee performance improvement is very essential for company organization because it could improve the company's existence in market competition and also expand their business innovation. However, to employee's performance, there are several factors variables that affect it. Therefore, this research aimed analyze effect of those variables, which knowledge management, affective commitment, culture, employee motivation. Furthermore, used a quantitative method questionnaire with 52 respondents PT XYZ operational area. The data will be processed using SEM PLS analysis, result shows culture have significant impact on performance. only variable does not organizational but indirectly through motivation variable. There two scenario plans created TAIDA approach. Scenario 1 conducting extensive training all employees based needs division they operate. 2 education available high potential cost efficiency.
